Theme of The Hollow Men There is said to be a thin line between the planning and the achievement a sinister action, as the idea is what first drives the motion. This is the throw theme of T.S. Eliots poem The Hollow Men, in which the lop force depicted find themselves on the brink of hell, scummy not from their actions, but from their combination to act.
